
In the BCST world a "resource" is something that supports us and puts us in touch with our embodied wellbeing. I want to acknowledge and express gratitude to the many people who support me in this work: my family and friends, ancestors, my teachers, my classmates, the practitioners who have given me sessions, and the people who come to me as recipients.
As well as my relationships with people, nature supports me with many resources: flowers, rivers, clouds, mountains, trees and the earth that supports us.
